Shipping

We normally ship within 36 hours -- often less -- but on very rare occasions it does take longer (usually around holiday weekends). We will send you an email note when we process your order if you give us your email address. To estimate when you will receive your package, add 24 to 36 hours to the usual shipping time from the map below. All times are calculated in work days, so be sure to include weekends.

We usually ship by UPS or by First Class/Priority mail. We can ship by 3-Day Express, 2-Day Express or Overnight Express, but these cost extra based on the weight of the package.

UPS does not count weekends when calculating shipping times, so a package shipped by 3-Day Express that goes out on Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday. UPS guarantees express deliveries and they will refund the cost of shipping if the packages is not delivered on time. The post office does not guarantee a package will be delivered by a given time or date.

We do our best to get rush orders out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any package will arrive by a given date. On rare occasions mistakes do happen that can delay packages.

Our shopping cart is only able to automatically calculate shipping within the United States. 

Go ahead and submit your order. Just ignore the shipping costs that are automatically listed. We will contact you with the actual shipping charges to get your approval before we actually process your order.
